Cancellation Policy

Your reservation must be guaranteed with a credit card. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for cancellation and/or “no show” according to the following regulations. Thank you for your understanding. Cancellations received 14 or more days prior to your check-in date will not be charged. Cancellations received during the 14 days prior to your check-in date will not be charged if we are able to sell your room. Cancellations for special packages must be 30 days in advance. Cancellations for groups or long term stays must give notice of  a cancellation within 30 days. A “no show” (one who doesn’t cancel and doesn’t arrive on the check-in date) will be charged for their entire reservation. A $25 handling fee will be applied to all cancellations. As we may have turned away business for you, we do not provide refunds for early departures.
